Due to regulations, we are no longer accepting paper prescriptions via our mobile app. But don’t worry, you can always ask your doctor to send it directly to us instead! If you need assistance, you can get in touch with us easily via a call, email or in-app chat.
Schedule II prescriptions can be sent electronically by healthcare providers to CaryRx.
1. Fill prescriptions currently at another pharmacy by clicking “I would like to transfer from a pharmacy”.
2. Have your doctor send your prescriptions directly to CaryRx and you will receive a notification when it is ready to order. Click “My doctor will send it.” to see our pharmacy information.

Once your doctor sends a prescription to CaryRx, you will get a push notification indicating your prescription is ready to be ordered.
Express delivery powered by Postmates is free for most of Washington, DC, however charges may apply for certain locations. Express delivery is typically completed within the hour.
The following zip codes in Maryland and Virginia are also eligible for same day express delivery by Postmates (delivery fees may apply):

Members of the CaryRx pharmacy team are also available via in-app chat.
If we don’t have your medication in stock, it can be delivered to you by the afternoon of the next business day.
Additionally, our smart inventory system will learn to keep your items in stock for future fills.
